How to order your personalised T-SHIRT
Once you have ordered the number of T-SHIRTS which you require
Please email or message us with the following information
1. The t-shirt colour you will require ((if no colour is requested we will send the one on the list Charcoal))
2. The text, logo, design or photo you would like us to print

To washing & ironing: turn inside out, wash in cold water. Best to air dry or tumble dry cool.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.
PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Please be aware that personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you. Please be aware that we copy & paste what is given to us so please check all spellings and Capitals. The above does not affect your statutory rights. As personalised items are made, personalised or customised specifically for you, they can't be resold and they are not usually possible to return unless faulty and are exempt from return policies. Postage costs to be paid by buyer and are non-refundable (we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns). Your right to return the goods to us will not apply if: - Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they have not been returned with the original packaging. - If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. - You order wrong sizes (please check Size before buying your item). You have disposed of the item you have an issue with - The item is a perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of. PLEASE NOTE that items which have been personalised for you in such a way that they would be useless to anyone else are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and details to be printed. You should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch.

First time purchasing a custom shirt, and the seller couldn't have been more accommodating. Delivery was a little slower than expected, though that's more down to Evri as opposed to the seller. Product arrived nicely folded in a small waterproof package. The shirt was in perfect condition, well-printed, and top-notch quality on both the image and text prints. Great first experience in purchasing from this seller, will definitely be returning!
