How to order your personalised Long Sleeve T-shirt
Once you have ordered the number of T-shirts which you require
please email or message us with the following information
1. The T-shirt colour you will require (White/Black, White/Navy, White/Red, White/Blue)
2. The text, logo, design or photo you would like us to print
For Logos and Images Print please send message before buy
Print is highest quality DTF or vinyl colours that will last wash after wash.

To washing & ironing: turn inside out, wash in cold water. Best to air dry or tumble dry cool.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.
PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Please be aware that personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you. Please be aware that we copy & paste what is given to us so please check all spellings and Capitals. The above does not affect your statutory rights. As personalised items are made, personalised or customised specifically for you, they can't be resold and they are not usually possible to return unless faulty and are exempt from return policies. Postage costs to be paid by buyer and are non-refundable (we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns). Your right to return the goods to us will not apply if: - Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they have not been returned with the original packaging. - If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. - You order wrong sizes (please check Size before buying your item). You have disposed of the item you have an issue with - The item is a perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of. PLEASE NOTE that items which have been personalised for you in such a way that they would be useless to anyone else are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and details to be printed. You should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch.

My other half loved this customised baseball shirt! Customer service was great! I sent in a picture and they found the right font for me. They checked the image with me before sending. The baseball shirts are fairly true to size but slim fitting so if in doubt, size up.
