Returns
You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.

However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you.
