Price advertised is for a single colour print.
Multiple colours, Full colour images and complicated logos that need to be redrawn by us will be charged extra. We will contact you if this service is required, before we start any work.
This could delay delivery of you goods.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND US ARTWORK WE CAN USE. WE CANNOT PRINT FROM POOR QUALITY ARTWORK. IF WE NEED TO REDRAW IT YOUR ARTWORK THERE WILL BE A CHARGE, BUT WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF THIS IS NEEDED.
Any artwork sent must be of a high quality.
We can only print what we are sent.
The better the artwork you send the better the finish will be.
We do not take any responsibility for poor quality prints from any customer artwork sent.
We will message you if the image is poor quality, but this could delay the order being sent out.
They are sent out on a carrier service and will need to be signed for.
Sleeves can also be printed at an extra cost, please message us for details.

To washing & ironing: turn inside out, wash in cold water. Best to air dry or tumble dry cool.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.
PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Please be aware that personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you. Please be aware that we copy & paste what is given to us so please check all spellings and Capitals. The above does not affect your statutory rights. As personalised items are made, personalised or customised specifically for you, they can't be resold and they are not usually possible to return unless faulty and are exempt from return policies. Postage costs to be paid by buyer and are non-refundable (we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns). Your right to return the goods to us will not apply if: - Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they have not been returned with the original packaging. - If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production. - You order wrong sizes (please check Size before buying your item). You have disposed of the item you have an issue with - The item is a perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of. PLEASE NOTE that items which have been personalised for you in such a way that they would be useless to anyone else are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
