Returns
You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.

Unfortunately never turned up, but not sellers fault. The seller sent and had tracking but it never turned up so never recieved. I haven't a clue how the item is as never recieved. ( so have put 5 stars not to ruin review)

The hoody itself is decent quality and the delivery time was fairly quick, however, when I received the hoody the QR code wasn’t working. When messaging, the replies I received were argumentative, unhelpful & rude. I was told over and over to download an app to sort the code myself, not ideal as it doesn’t say anywhere in the listing that I would need to do that - I was happy to if it meant the QR code would work, but I was never told what app I need to download. I was told time and time again that ‘I’ve sold hundreds of these with no issue’ which is great for you, but I’m still a customer with an issue. I asked for a refund and that I would return the hoody as it’s not working as it was described, this was declined. I was asked to send a photo of the code, which I did, and magically it started to work. Rude & arrogant. Avoid!!!
